Experience the gentle healing practice of Te Rau Aroha Alignment, a unique modality developed by Marama Mata that works with the sacred mauri of kawakawa to support balance within the body, mind, and spirit.

During your session, the three heart spaces are activated while bringing calm awareness to the mind, allowing the body to naturally release tension and restore alignment. This nurturing process supports the reconnection of tinana, hinengaro, and wairua, creating space for deeper grounding, clarity, and wellbeing.
